Venlafaxine may decrease the excretion rate of Sulfamethoxazole which could result in a higher serum level.

Drug1 is resolved to Sulfamethoxazole, Drug2 is resolved to venlafaxine and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Sulfamethoxazole and Venlafaxine. Drug1 is resolved to Trimethoprim, Drug2 is resolved to venlafaxine and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Trimethoprim and Venlafaxine.
