The serum concentration of Atorvastatin can be decreased when it is combined with Magnesium hydroxide.

Drug2 (rxcui = 1432534, name = Calcium Carbonate 110 MG/ML / Magnesium Hydroxide 22 MG/ML Oral Solution [Rolaids Regular Strength], tty = SBD). Drug1 is resolved to Magnesium Hydroxide, Drug2 is resolved to atorvastatin and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Magnesium Hydroxide and Atorvastatin. Drug1 is resolved to Calcium Carbonate, Drug2 is resolved to atorvastatin and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Calcium Carbonate and Atorvastatin.
