Hydrochlorothiazide may decrease the excretion rate of Potassium chloride which could result in a higher serum level.

Hydrochlorothiazide may decrease the excretion rate of Cyanocobalamin which could result in a higher serum level.

The risk or severity of renal failure, hypotension, and hyperkalemia can be increased when Valsartan is combined with Losartan.
