Spironolactone may increase the excretion rate of Folic acid which could result in a lower serum level and potentially a reduction in efficacy.
Applies to: Folic Acid 1 MG Oral Tablet <> Vancomycin 1000 MG Injection
Folic acid may decrease the excretion rate of Vancomycin which could result in a higher serum level.
