Esomeprazole can cause a decrease in the absorption of Levothyroxine resulting in a reduced serum concentration and potentially a decrease in efficacy.

Drug1 is resolved to levothyroxine, Drug2 is resolved to esomeprazole and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Levothyroxine and Esomeprazole.
