Magnesium hydroxide can cause a decrease in the absorption of Ferrous bisglycinate resulting in a reduced serum concentration and potentially a decrease in efficacy.

The serum concentration of Magnesium hydroxide can be increased when it is combined with Ergocalciferol.

Drug1 is resolved to magnesium hydroxide, Drug2 is resolved to vitamin B12 and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Magnesium hydroxide and Cyanocobalamin.
