Hydroxyzine may increase the central nervous system depressant (CNS depressant) activities of Diphenhydramine.

Drug1 is resolved to Diphenhydramine, Drug2 is resolved to Hydroxyzine and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Diphenhydramine and Hydroxyzine.
