The therapeutic efficacy of Diazepam can be decreased when used in combination with Amphetamine.

Drug1 is resolved to dextroamphetamine, Drug2 is resolved to diazepam and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Dextroamphetamine and Diazepam. Drug1 is resolved to amphetamine, Drug2 is resolved to diazepam and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Amphetamine and Diazepam.
