The risk or severity of serotonin syndrome can be increased when Pseudoephedrine is combined with Cyclobenzaprine.

Drug2 (rxcui = 997512, name = 12 HR fexofenadine hydrochloride 60 MG / pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 120 MG Extended Release Oral Tablet [Allegra-D], tty = SBD). Drug1 is resolved to pseudoephedrine, Drug2 is resolved to cyclobenzaprine and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Pseudoephedrine and Cyclobenzaprine.
