The metabolism of Amitriptyline can be decreased when combined with Fluoxetine.

Clonazepam may increase the central nervous system depressant (CNS depressant) activities of Amitriptyline.

The serum concentration of Fluoxetine can be increased when it is combined with Clonazepam.
