Acetaminophen may decrease the excretion rate of Rizatriptan which could result in a higher serum level.

Drug1 (rxcui = 209468, name = acetaminophen 250 MG / aspirin 250 MG / caffeine 65 MG Oral Tablet [Excedrin], tty = SBD). Drug2 (rxcui = 828536, name = rizatriptan 5 MG Disintegrating Oral Tablet [Maxalt], tty = SBD). Drug1 is resolved to acetaminophen, Drug2 is resolved to rizatriptan and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Acetaminophen and Rizatriptan. Drug1 is resolved to aspirin, Drug2 is resolved to rizatriptan and interaction asserted in DrugBank between Acetylsalicylic acid and Rizatriptan.
