The serum concentration of Phenylephrine can be increased when it is combined with Acetaminophen.
Applies to: Spironolactone 50 MG Oral Tablet <> Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 1 MG/ML / Guaifenesin 20 MG/ML / Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 0.5 MG/ML Oral Solution
Spironolactone may decrease the vasoconstricting activities of Phenylephrine.
